This function allows you to split an outline into two. This is useful in cases, where there are two cells but the automatic segmentation only created one outline. To use this function, drag your mouse while holding the left mouse button pressed. A line will appear at which the outline will be divided. When you release the mouse button, you can preview the resulting separation of the outline. To confirm this separation, just press the space bar. If you want to try the separation again, just drag your mouse pointer from a different point without confirming the separation via the space bar.
